  • Do you wear barefoot shoes without socks?

    This is a question that is often asked. Of course you can wear your barefoot shoes with socks. It is advisable from a hygienic point of view. But also for health reasons. Our skin is the largest organ and there are many sweat glands on our feet. Where there is a way out, there is also a way in. For chemical compounds used in shoe production, for example. Wearing socks in shoes prevents absorption through the skin. Many of our shoes are of course chrome-free and all organic. You can wear the merino models from Nanga, for example, without socks!

  • Are barefoot shoes good for kids?

    Children's feet only become fully ossified at the end of puberty. If you were to take an X-ray of a child's foot, it would look like little bones had been thrown into plasticine.

  • Are barefoot shoes more expensive than "normal" shoes?

    Barefoot shoes are not much more expensive to buy than other shoes of comparable quality. The price is of course higher than at the shoe discounter with the green D. and some sneaker manufacturers. However, the quality is quite different. Did you know that you can often get barefoot shoes for 45-60% (good, worn condition, can be more or less, depending on the situation) of the new price in various social media groups or flea market apps in a short time?

  • How do I return my online order?

    The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

  • I ordered the wrong size, how can I exchange for the correct shoe size?

    If you only want to exchange the shoe for one size, we will cover the shipping costs so that you don't have to pay the outward shipping twice. In this case, please place a new order and inform us by email. We will then reimburse you for the shipping costs for the second delivery with the refund for the returned shoe.

  • How do I complain about my barefoot shoe?

    There are always complaints. If you bought the shoes from us, we will take care of the processing with the manufacturer for you.

  • Why are the special online prices not valid in the store?

    Well - the online shop does not need lighting, heating, rent or advice from staff - the shop does! For this reason we can shoot cheaper prices online than in the shops. We take time for you in the shop. For the range that would then remain with the online special price, we simply cannot offer any advice in the shop, that is not economically feasible.
